Sometimes contractual bindings can get fairly intense and a FRIENDLY legal mediator who is no only neutral to either party, but also fair, congenial and honest is someone that can take a burning contract and freshen it up to satisfy both parties yet again.Maybe not as much as intended, but as much as can be done at that point in time.
